Help with Windows and Applications

Learning a new Windows or other applications can be challenging. If you find yourself stuck on a problem and need some help I am available to assist you. We can make a connection to you computer and be viewing your screen together. You show me the problem and I will show you how to fix it, or how to do something. This can be much faster and cost effective than going to school or having somebody come to you home. The prices for this service vary. The following packages are available for online assistance:
Minimum 15 minutes. All packages are timed in 15 minute increments

  • 1 hour = $30.00
  • 4 hour = $100.00
  • 8 hour = $160.00

Packages can be bought up front before service are rendered. There ares not expiration dates on these packages. If the packages are not bought up front the cost will be $30.00 per hour.

If I cannot solve your problem you will not be charged.
