As computers become more affordable they are coming into our homes at an amazing rate. 76% of Americans own computers. The problem is that when something goes wrong where do you go? I believe there is a lot more to computer service than fixing computers. Information is critical. If you don't know what caused the problem then more than likely the problem will come back. I want you to know why the computer is in the shape it is in and how to protect yourself from the same problem in the future. I service the Medina and Cleveland areas. I can perform any of the services in your home. The one thing that I do need to be able to do this is a broadband, or high speed Internet connection. If you do not have this that is not a problem. I will pick the computer up, fix it and return it to you.

My rates are $60.00 per hour. Loading operating systems, making sure they are secure and up-to-date can take a few hours. For this service I have a maximum charge of $175.00 regardless of the amount of time it takes. I want to be fair and have a satisfied customer in the end.

There will be no guessing about how long it will take. I do so much of this that I can tell you how long it should take, and you will be charged only for that amount of time. If it is done faster then you will only be charged for the amount of time I spent there. If I run into problems then you will only be charged for the amount quoted to you. Problems should be mine, not yours.

Please note: You will be responsible for any parts needed to complete a repair and an operating system to install on the system if that is needed as part of the service. Everything I will need will be explained in detail before I begin any work.
