Remote Assistance
How this works
- You call TechAlternatives and request assistance.
- We will discuss your problem and you will be given a price or we will look at the problem before the quote.
- Click on the TeamViewer button above to open/download the client. The client will NEVER be installed on you computer.
- You will read me the ID that appears on your monitor.
- After I establish a connection you will give me the password.
- I will fix the problem or perform the service.
- If you are satisfied, you will emailed an invoice. You will then select the amount of time shown on the invoice then use the button below to go to PayPal and pay with a credit card.
It is as easy as that. I will be on the phone with you and walk you through this. This is much more cost effective
than me coming to your home. A lot of services can be performed this way, even networking. This is a fantastic
service and can save you a lot of money. You DO NOT need a PayPal account to pay. If you have any questions
